Birthday Party
This is a 40th birthday party for 60 guests. The guests were seated at tables of 8 with market umbrellas for the sit down dinner. After the sun went down they were invited into the tent for dancing on the black and white dance floor. A bar and catering equipment were also provided to make this night a huge success!
Church Event
This is a luncheon for 500 guests which took place at a large church who was hosting a famous guest speaker. After the event the attendees were invited to a sit down lunch on the back patio. Tables and chairs were set up throughout the meandering path and garden umbrellas were used to shade the area.
Corporate Luncheon
This is a corporate employee barbecue for over 5,000 guests at an Indian casino. A large structure was used to house the thousands of people that came in and out of the luncheon throughout the day. The tables were covered with bright colored linens for this festive occasion. A large supply of catering equipment such as chaffing dishes, serving utensils, and propane grills were also supplied to this venue.
NEGU Foundation
We recently partnered with a wonderful organization that is focused on raising money to help give gifts to young children fighting cancer. We set up umbrellas, tables, linens and a runway for models to show the clothes being auctioned off

| OK, I had not seen the inside of the tent at all (just the outside as I walked by to the church). The first time I saw everything up, chandeliers light, linens on, etc. was when we were introduced to enter at the reception. As I walked in my eyes filled with tears--IT WAS GORGEOUS! Even better than I had imagined...and that is all thanks to you both. Thank you sooo very much for making our wedding picturesque. It was a beautiful sight--one I will never forget. Oh, and just FYI I dropped Apex Name a million times that night and continue to do so when people ask "who did your tent and lighting?!" :) |
