Church Event
This is a luncheon for 500 guests which took place at a large church who was hosting a famous guest speaker. After the event the attendees were invited to a sit down lunch on the back patio. Tables and chairs were set up throughout the meandering path and garden umbrellas were used to shade the area.
NEGU Foundation
We recently partnered with a wonderful organization that is focused on raising money to help give gifts to young children fighting cancer. We set up umbrellas, tables, linens and a runway for models to show the clothes being auctioned off
Tidewater Tents on Salt Creek Beach
We used a 32'x60' Tidewater Tent for a beach front wedding at Salt Creek Beach in Dana Point, CA. Apex Tent & Party supplied the tent, tables, chairs, china, linen, lighting, heaters, flatware, glassware and generators.
44'x83' Tidewater Tent
Apex Tent & Party installed a 44'x83' Tidewater Tent complete with LED lighting, fruitwood folding chairs and Champagne Pintuck linens.

Q. What are your showroom hours?
A. Apex Tent & Party is open Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm and on Saturday from 9:00am to 1:00pm. If your schedule does not allow you to visit us at these times, please contact us to schedule an appointment that will meet your needs.
Q. Do you charge for delivery?
A. Yes we do. The delivery charge is based on the city we are going to and it is a round-trip fee.
